Ingredients

  • 750 g pork mince
  • 250 g beef mince
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 3 sprigs parsley

    Season the meat, knead it, cover and let rest in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Then mix with cumin, black pepper, onion and 5-6 tsp water. Let rest another 2 hours in the fridge. Shape about 2 cm thick and 8 cm long sausages from the dough and grill them all around on medium to high heat for 10-12 minutes.

    Wash the tomatoes, cut out the stem and slice into wedges, serve with chopped parsley over the hot kebapcheta.
