Ingredients
- 8 marshmallows
- 16 whole‑grain cookies
- 0.5 bar dark chocolate
Instructions

Skewer marshmallows on a long wooden stick or cleaned twig and hold over the grill or campfire embers until they are browned on the outside and molten inside.

Break the chocolate into 8 pieces.

Place a grilled marshmallow on a butter cookie using a fork, add a piece of chocolate, then top with a second cookie.
