Grilled Marinated Salmon

Marinated salmon grilled by Spoonsparrow, served with colorful vegetables tastes not only excellent but also delivers healthy nutrients.
Ingredients
- 2 red chili peppers
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 4 tbsp light sesame oil
- 4 salmon fillets (about 160 g each)
- 2 red onions
- 2 bell peppers (yellow and orange)
- 200 g snow peas
- 150 g corn kernels
- 1 Zucchini

Stir-fry all vegetables in remaining oil over low heat for about 10 minutes, seasoning with soy sauce.

Remove salmon from the marinade and grill it in a skillet for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Plate the grilled marinated salmon atop the vegetables.
