Ingredients

  • 4 lobsters (about 500 g each)
  • 2 EL olive oil
  • 60 g Butter
  • 2 fresh garlic cloves
  • 2 EL lemon juice

Instructions

    Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Turn the lobsters head‑first into the bubbling water and cook for about 10 minutes over high heat. Remove them and shock in ice water. Separate the tail from the head and cut it lengthwise in half. Brush the lobster meat with oil and grill on a hot grill for about 5 minutes to brown.

    Melt butter in a hot pan. Peel and finely dice garlic, then add to the butter. Season with salt.

    Arrange the lobster tails on a large platter, drizzle with lemon juice, and serve with extra butter on the side.
