Ingredients

  • 1 Lamb leg (ca. 1.5 kg, boneless, ready to cook)
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 4 tbsp Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp chopped thyme
  • 2 tbsp chopped rosemary
  • Salt
  • ground pepper

Instructions

    Wash the lamb leg and pat dry. Peel, chop the garlic and grate it finely with a pinch of salt. Mix with yogurt and herbs, rub onto the lamb leg, cover with cling film and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.

    Thread the lamb onto a grill skewer, wrap with kitchen twine, season with salt and pepper. Grill for 50-60 minutes and serve on a platter.
