Ingredients

  • 800 g lamb meat (e.g., from the shank)
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 80 ml olive oil
  • 2 tsp freshly chopped rosemary
  • pepper (from the mill)
  • 4 lemons
  • Salt

Instructions

    Wash the meat, pat dry and cut into large bite‑sized cubes. Peel the garlic. Mix oil, rosemary and pepper; squeeze in the garlic, toss the meat in the mixture and let it marinate for about 15 minutes.

    Cut the lemons into wedges.

    Drain the lamb and skewer alternating pieces of lamb and lemon onto eight grill skewers. Grill over medium heat, turning occasionally, for about 8 minutes, brushing with oil every now and then. Finally season with salt and serve.
