Grilled Lamb Chops with Fruity Sauces

Ingredients
- 8 lamb chops
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 untreated lemon (juice and zest)
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped rosemary
- Salt
- pepper (from grinder)
- 250 g raspberries
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 1 tsp Honey
- 2 sprigs Mint
- 4 sprigs Parsley
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt

- 150 g Strawberries
- 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

Rinse the chops, pat dry and place in a shallow dish. Mix olive oil with lemon juice, zest, and rosemary; coat the chops well. Cover and let rest for about 30 minutes.

For the raspberry sauce, blend the berries with peeled garlic clove, lemon juice, and honey in a blender. Rinse herbs, shake dry, pluck leaves, add to blender. Blend into a fine cream while incorporating oil. Season with salt and chili.

For the strawberry yogurt, peel garlic and press into a bowl. Rinse mint, shake dry, pluck leaves, cut into thin strips. Add to yogurt. Wash, trim, and dice strawberries. Mix into yogurt and season with lemon juice, cumin, salt, and pepper.

Fill small bowls with the sauces.

Season lamb with salt and pepper and grill over high heat, turning regularly for about 10 minutes. Slice off the bone if desired and arrange on a large platter with the sauces.
