- 250 ml buttermilk
- 1 tsp tandoori paste
- 2 Garlic cloves
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 6 thyme sprigs
- 2 kg pre‑cooked lamb chops

Combine the buttermilk with the tandoori paste, peeled and chopped garlic, salt, and pepper. Wash the lamb chops, pat dry, and place them in the marinade.

Distribute the thyme between the chops and cover; let sit overnight if desired. Remove the chops, season with salt and pepper, and grill each side for 2–3 minutes. Serve with grilled vegetables.
