Ingredients
- 16 Lammchops
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 100 ml olive oil
- 2 EL chopped parsley
- 2 EL chopped basil
- 2 EL oregano (dried, grated)
- 2 EL chopped rosemary
- 1 EL thyme (dried, grated)
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
Instructions

Place lamb chops on a baking tray. Mix lemon juice with olive oil and add the freshly chopped herbs.

Spread over the lamb meat, turn and also brush the back side. Marinate covered for about 30 minutes. Preheat grill, cook each side for about 2-4 minutes at medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve grilled lamb chops.
