Grilled Halibut on Beans

Ingredients

  • 600 g halibut (4 steaks)
  • 800 g green beans
  • 1 tbsp bean herb
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • marinade
  • 1 tbsp ginger (fresh grated)
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 0.5 tsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

    Mix all ingredients for the marinades and blend with a little water into a paste. Add salt and cayenne pepper to taste.

    Wash fish, pat dry and spread marinades on both sides. Place on a sheet lined with foil and let sit 15 min while preheating grill.

    Wash beans, trim and boil in salted water for about 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain, rinse cold and drain well.

    Sauté in 2 tbsp hot butter and season with salt.

    Drizzle fish with 1 tbsp butter and place under grill. After 3-4 min flip and pour remaining butter over it. Grill another 3-4 min, then serve on beans.
