Grilled Fish Skewers

Ingredients

  • 800 g fish fillet (e.g., sea bass or pangasius)
  • 1 untreated orange
  • 1 cm ginger
  • 4 tbsp sesame oil
  • 0.5 tsp Chili flakes
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

    Wash the fish fillets, pat dry and cut into strips about 4 cm wide. Rinse the orange hot, dry it and grate the zest, then squeeze out the juice. Peel the ginger and finely grate it.

    Whisk together the oil, orange juice, zest, grated ginger, chili flakes and pepper. Brush the fish strips with this mixture, wrap in foil and marinate in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.

    Preheat the grill. Thread the fillets onto soaked skewers and grill each side for about 2 minutes. Sprinkle salt on the skewers and serve immediately.
