Ingredients

  • 200 g cod
  • 200 g tuna
  • 8 cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 4 thyme sprigs
  • 2 rosemary sprigs
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 4 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

    Wash fish, pat dry, cut into bite-sized cubes. Wash tomatoes. Wash zucchini and slice into ~1 cm thick rounds. Alternate these ingredients on 4 wooden skewers and marinate in olive oil with herbs for about 2 hours.

    Season with salt and pepper, then grill or sear in a non-stick pan for about 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown.
