- 6 figs
- 4 tbsp Lemon juice
- 4 tbsp Honey
- 50 g ricotta

Preheat the oven to grill function.

Halve the figs and place them cut side up on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Mix the lemon juice with 2 tbsp honey and brush the figs with this mixture. Grill in the oven for about 6 minutes until they start to change color.

Remove from the oven and arrange on plates. Spoon a dollop of ricotta onto each fig and drizzle with the remaining honey before serving.
