- 1 lemon (juice)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 50 g ricotta
- 16 slices ham (e.g., Parma)

Preheat the oven to grill mode.

Score the figs crosswise and place them on a parchment‑lined baking sheet. Whisk together lemon juice, honey, and olive oil; brush over the figs. Grill in the oven for about 8 minutes until they start to brown.
