  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 50 g ricotta
  • 16 slices ham (e.g., Parma)
  • fresh herbs (e.g., chopped thyme and red & green rocket)
  • pepper (ground)

Instructions
