Ingredients

  • 600 g ground beef
  • 1 shallot (finely chopped)
  • 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
  • 1 stale roll
  • breadcrumbs
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp marjoram leaves (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp sharp mustard
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • oil (for frying and brushing)
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 6 chicken drumsticks
  • 400 g pork neck (cubed)
  • 400 g turkey breast fillet (cubed)
  • 2 Zucchini
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 2 onions
  • 1 bundle parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder

Instructions

    Soak the roll in lukewarm water for the meat skewers.

    Sauté shallot and garlic in 1 tbsp oil, add chopped parsley and marjoram, let cool slightly. Then mix eggs, drained roll, paprika, mustard, ketchup into the ground beef; add breadcrumbs if needed until dough is firm but not too soft. Season well with salt and pepper.

    Shape small sausage-like pieces, skewer them, brush with a little oil, and grill turning frequently for about 8‑10 minutes.

    For the remaining skewers wash, trim and slice zucchini; halve, seed and chop bell peppers; clean mushrooms and cut onions into wedges. Skewer as desired. Mix 6 tbsp oil with salt, pepper, parsley and paprika; brush onto skewers and grill on the grill turning each side for about 10 minutes. Brush chicken drumsticks with the seasoning oil and grill for 15‑20 minutes while turning. Serve with various sauces and dips to taste.
