Grilled Corn on the Cob

Ingredients
- 4 corn cobs
- Salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- a handful of coriander leaves
- chili flakes
- 0.5 tsp Curry Powder
- 60 g soft butter
- a splash of lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan

Peel, clean the corn and cook in salted water with the sugar for about 15 minutes.

Meanwhile rinse the coriander leaves, shake dry, pluck and chop. Stir the chili flakes and curry into the butter. Season with salt and lemon juice.

Drain the corn. Grill all sides for 8-10 minutes, brushing occasionally with the butter mixture. Remove from grill and sprinkle with Parmesan. Serve the remaining butter on the side.
