Super delicious Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Avocado and Spinach

Ingredients

  • 20 g baby spinach
  • 50 g Avocado (0.5 Avocados)
  • 4 stems fresh herbs (e.g. basil)
  • 140 g Whole wheat toast (4 slices)
  • 80 g grated mozzarella (9% fat)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

    Wash and pat the spinach dry. Slice the avocado. Wash, shake dry, and finely chop the herbs.

    Layer 2 slices of bread alternately with ¼ of the mozzarella, half of the avocado, half of the spinach, half of the herbs, and then with the remaining cheese.

  3. 3.

    Season the sandwiches with salt and pepper, finish with the remaining two slices of toast and gently press together.

  4. 4.

    Rub garlic in a pan. Add oil and fry the sandwiches golden brown on both sides over medium heat.
