Grilled Cheese and Tomato Skewers

Spoonsparrow grilled cheese and tomato skewers: quick and uncomplicated with fresh dill!
Ingredients
- 300 g cocktail tomatoes
- 300 g feta cheese
- 4 red onions
- 1 Garlic clove
- 4 sprigs dill
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper

Wash and halve the tomatoes. Cube the feta. Peel the onions and cut into wedges.

Peel the garlic and finely dice it. Wash the dill, shake off excess water, pluck the leaves and roughly chop them. Mix the garlic and dill with the olive oil.

Thread alternating pieces of tomato, feta, and onion onto skewers and brush with the oil mixture. Let marinate for about 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and grill over high heat, turning occasionally, for approximately 6–8 minutes.
