Grilled Carrots

Ingredients

  • 800 g carrots
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp liquid honey
  • 1.5 tbsp orange juice
  • 0.5 tsp Dried oregano
  • Sea salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

    Wash, peel, and halve the carrots lengthwise. Whisk together the oil, honey, orange juice, and oregano. Brush the cut surfaces of the carrots with this mixture and place them on a hot grill.

    Close the lid and grill the carrots for about 6 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve arranged on four plates.
