Ingredients
- 700 g beetroot (with leaves)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 2 tsp coriander seeds

Light the grill.

Remove the leaves from the beetroot, wash, root out, peel and cut into thin strips. Wash the leaves and set aside. Wrap each strip in olive‑oil‑sprayed foil, season with salt and pepper, and grill for about 15 minutes. Remove from the grill, place on a plate, sprinkle crushed coriander seeds, and arrange with beetroot leaves.
