Ingredients
- 1 whole grain baguette
- 4 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 75 g Swiss dried beef (thinly sliced)
- 1 romaine lettuce head
- 1 red-skinned apple
- 150 g raclette cheese (sliced)
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Cut the baguette lengthwise in half and then crosswise into quarters. Spread mustard on each piece.

Clean, wash, dry, and tear the romaine lettuce into small pieces; distribute over the baguette. Wash the apple, remove its core with a corer, slice thinly, and arrange on top of the baguette.
