  • 4 slices of gray bread
  • 2 Avocados
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 200 g sheep cheese (feta)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 0.5 lemon (juice)

Instructions

    Toast the bread slices on the grill. Peel, halve, and pit the avocados, then brush their cut surfaces with olive oil. Grill for 2-3 minutes.
