- 2 Avocados
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 200 g sheep cheese (feta)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 0.5 lemon (juice)

Toast the bread slices on the grill. Peel, halve, and pit the avocados, then brush their cut surfaces with olive oil. Grill for 2-3 minutes.
