Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 Zucchini
- 250 g thick white beans (canned)
- 200 g peas (frozen)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 800 ml vegetable broth
- 200 g macaroni
- 4 tbsp chives sprigs
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Wash the zucchini, cut it in half lengthwise and slice into rounds. Drain the beans and let them dry well. Let the peas thaw slightly.

Heat butter in a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent. Deglaze with vegetable broth. Add macaroni, zucchini, and beans to the broth and cook until the macaroni is almost al dente. Then add the peas and simmer for about 2 minutes.

Add the chives to the soup and season with salt and pepper.
