Green salad with tomatoes and mozzarella from Spoonsparrow: Light Mediterranean enjoyment for summer days.

Ingredients

  • mixed leaf salad (as desired)
  • 250 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 250 g mini mozzarella balls
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • olive oil
  • lemon juice (from 1 large lemon)

Instructions

    Wash and dry the salad leaves. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Drain the mozzarella.

    Combine the salad with tomatoes, 4 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Spread on a plate and top with mozzarella. Season with pepper and serve immediately.
