Ingredients
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 onions
- 2 carrots
- 400 g fresh peas
- 30 g Butter
- 800 ml vegetable broth
- Salt
- Pepper
- 250 g ravioli (from the freezer aisle)
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Peel and finely chop the garlic. Peel the onions and slice them into strips. Trim, peel, and slice the carrots into rounds. Remove peas from their pods, rinse, and drain.

In a pot melt the butter, sauté the garlic and onion strips for 1-2 minutes until translucent, add the remaining vegetables and pour in the broth. Season with salt and pepper and simmer for 15-20 minutes over medium heat.

Add the ravioli and warm for 2-3 minutes. Taste again, ladle into bowls, and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
