Green Melon Mix

A green melon mix is an optimal brain food drink. It delivers half of the daily requirement for magnesium and iron.

Ingredients

  • 350 g melon (e.g., cantaloupe, 0.5 melons)
  • 150 ml spinach juice
  • 50 ml potato juice
  • Also: ice cubes

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Seed the melon with a teaspoon and cut into wedges. From one wedge cut off two slices and set aside.

  2. 2.

    Cut the remaining flesh from the skins, dice it, place in a tall container and puree very finely with an immersion blender.

  3. 3.

    Add spinach and potato juices and blend again briefly. Pour over ice cubes into glasses and garnish with melon slices. Enjoy immediately.
