Ingredients

  • 500 g Green Asparagus
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 2 packs mozzarella
  • 100 g young spinach
  • 250 g strawberries
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tbsp hazelnut oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Clean the asparagus, trim ends, bundle and cook in boiling salted water with butter for 10 minutes; remove, drain well, and cut into large pieces.

    Wash spinach thoroughly, drain well. Clean strawberries, wash, halve them. Slice mozzarella into rounds.

    Whisk lemon juice, vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper to make a dressing.

    Arrange all ingredients on plates and drizzle with the dressing; finish with freshly ground pepper.
