Ingredients
- 16 lamb chops
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 2 stems oregano
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 red chili pepper
- 1 tsp peppercorns
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Sea salt

Wash the lamb chops, pat them dry, and place them in a shallow dish. Wash and shake off excess water from rosemary and oregano, remove leaves, and add to the chops. Peel, halve, and add garlic to the meat.

Wash, deseed, and finely chop the chili pepper. Crush the peppercorns and sprinkle over the meat with the chopped chili. Drizzle olive oil on top and cover; marinate for at least 3 hours (best overnight), turning once during this time.

Remove from the marinade and grill, turning occasionally, for about 8 minutes. Finish by seasoning with sea salt. Serve with tzatziki and flatbread.
