Ingredients

  • 1 kg red grapes
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 kg gelatin sugar
  • 1 lemon (juiced)

Instructions

    Halve the grapes and slowly warm them with water, stirring continuously. Measure the extracted juice and mix in lemon juice and gelatin sugar. Then bring to a boil while stirring and let it bubble for about 3 minutes.

    Perform a gel test; if needed add more citric acid, then bring to a boil again. Immediately pour into hot-washed jars up to the rim, seal, and place on the lids for about 10-15 minutes, then flip over and allow to cool.
