Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (30 g)
  • 50 g cashews
  • 50 g pecans
  • 50 g cereal flakes (e.g., oats or spelt)
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup (15 g)
  • a pinch salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • 4 tbsp dried mulberries
  • Optional: almond drink (almond milk)

Instructions

    Melt coconut oil in a saucepan. Roughly chop cashews and pecans.

    Combine oil, nuts, cereal flakes with agave syrup, salt, cinnamon, and cardamom; spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (fan 160°C) for about 15–20 minutes, stirring several times during baking.

    Let the granola cool and mix in mulberries. Serve with almond milk if desired.
