Grains with Turkey Skewers

Ingredients
- 600 g turkey breast fillet
- 1 green bell pepper
- 3 yellow bell peppers
- 100 g raisins
- 300 g farro
- 500 ml vegetable broth
- 1 tsp Honey
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- olive oil
- Salt
- ground black pepper

Bring the vegetable broth to a boil and add the farro. Cover and simmer over low heat for about 30-40 minutes, allowing the liquid to be absorbed.

Meanwhile wash the bell peppers, halve them, and remove seeds. Cut two yellow peppers into bite-sized pieces and finely dice the remaining peppers. Add raisins with the farro in the last 5 minutes of cooking and let it all finish together. Season with honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Wash the turkey breast, pat dry, and cut into cubes. Alternate threading turkey and pepper onto wooden skewers, season with salt and pepper, and fry in hot oil while turning for about 6 minutes.

Arrange the farro and vegetables on a large platter and serve.
