Ingredients

  • 50 g sun‑dried tomatoes (in oil)
  • 2 sprigs of marjoram
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tsp seasoned vegetable broth powder
  • 300 g goat fresh cheese
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream

Instructions

    Drain the tomatoes and chop them. Pick small bunches from the marjoram for garnish and pluck the remaining leaves. Peel the garlic and dice it very finely.

    Whisk the goat cheese with cream and garlic until smooth, season with salt, pepper, and marjoram. Taste with a little tomato oil.

    Serve in small bowls, garnished with marjoram sprigs, tomato pieces, and a pinch of pepper.
