Ingredients
- 400 g green asparagus
- Salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 400 g gnocchi
- 50 g butter
- grated zest of ½ untreated limes
- 8 sage leaves
- Pepper

Peel the lower third of the asparagus spears and trim the ends generously. Cut the asparagus diagonally into pieces. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and blanch the asparagus for 2-3 minutes. Drain and shock in cold water. Let drain well.

Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Fry the gnocchi from the package for about 5 minutes. Add the asparagus and stir.

Add butter in small pieces, lime zest, and sage leaves to the pan, tossing everything briefly over high heat. Season the gnocchi with green asparagus with salt and pepper and serve.
