Gnocchi Meat Sauce Pan
The Gnocchi Meat Sauce Pan from Spoonsparrow is quick to make and perfect for lunch or after work.
Ingredients
- 1 small onion (approx. 50 g)
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 handful of parsley (approx. 5 g)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 350 g beef mince
- Salt
- Pepper
- a pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp tomato paste (approx. 15 g)
- 500 g gnocchi (chilled shelf)
- 300 ml chicken broth
- 250 ml passata
- 80 g double cream
- 50 g parmesan cheese

Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Clean the tomatoes, cut off the stem ends, wash, quarter, deseed, and dice them into small cubes. Wash, dry, and chop the parsley.

Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the onion with garlic for 3 minutes over medium heat. Add the meat and cook for 5 minutes. Season everything with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Stir in the tomato paste, add the gnocchi and tomatoes, and simmer for another 3 minutes.

Then deglaze with broth. Add the passata and cream, bring everything to a boil and simmer on low heat for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Grate 30 g of cheese and mix it in. Grate the remaining cheese.

Season the gnocchi meat sauce pan, distribute it into bowls or deep plates. Sprinkle with grated cheese and the remaining parsley.
