- 400 g glass noodles
- 2 carrots
- 1 kohlrabi
- 1 cm ginger
- 1 handful sesame sprouts
- 4 tbsp sesame oil
- 0.5 tsp turmeric
- 1 pinch chili powder
- 3 tbsp sweet-sour chili sauce
- Salt
- Pepper

Cook the glass noodles according to package instructions, drain, rinse with cold water and let them drain.

Wash, peel, and cut the carrots and kohlrabi into ½ cm thick, 6 cm long sticks. Peel and finely grate the ginger. Rinse the sprouts.

Heat 2 tbsp sesame oil in a wok. Briefly sauté the ginger, then stir‑fry the carrot and kohlrabi sticks for 3–4 minutes. Add turmeric, chili powder, and sweet‑sour sauce; season with salt and pepper. Mix in the sprouts, remove from the wok and keep warm. Heat the remaining oil, add the noodles to the wok, sauté briefly, cover, and let them warm for 2–3 minutes. Top the noodles with the vegetable mixture and serve.
