Ingredients
- 200 g Flour
- 0.5 tsp Baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 1 tbsp orange juice
- 80 g sugar
- 1 Tbsp vanilla sugar
- 125 g butter

Preheat the oven to 180 °C with top and bottom heat. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Combine flour, baking powder, salt, ginger, orange zest, orange juice, sugar, vanilla sugar, and butter; knead into a smooth dough. Using a small spoon, scoop even portions and shape into 2–3 cm balls. Place on the tray and gently flatten. Bake in the oven for about 12 minutes until golden brown, then let cool.
