Ingredients
- 1 bundle coriander leaves (finely chopped)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 200 g ground lamb
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 0.5 tsp pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 Eggs
- 6 sheets brick pastry
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions

Mix ground lamb with coriander, onion, cinnamon, pepper, salt and eggs. Fry heavily in a hot pan and then let cool.

Cut the brick pastry into strips about 8 cm wide and place roughly 3 cm below the top edge of each strip one tablespoon of filling. Fold the upper dough edge over the filling to form a triangle. Fold the tip of the triangle down, then fold the triangle to the right. Continue folding until the lower edge is reached. Brush the excess edges with egg yolk and seal.
