Spicy Grill-Mix

Ingredients
- 1 kg spare ribs
- salt, freshly ground pepper
- 1 onion and 1 clove garlic
- 3 tbsp olive oil, sherry, soy sauce
- 4 tbsp orange juice, tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsp lemon juice, honey
- chili powder
- 8 chicken wings
- 8 cocktail shrimp

Rinse the spare ribs, pat dry, and simmer in boiling salted water for about 30 minutes.

Peel and dice the onion and garlic. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil; sauté onion and garlic. Add remaining olive oil, sherry, orange juice, lemon juice, ketchup, honey, and soy sauce. Season heavily with salt, pepper, and chili powder. Simmer for 3 minutes. Preheat grill.

Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings and shrimp. Pat spare ribs dry as well. Cut between the ribs.

Brush wings, shrimp, and ribs with about half of the barbecue sauce. Line a baking sheet with foil. Grill wings and ribs on one sheet in the middle rack for 15-20 minutes, turning once. Five minutes before finishing, add the shrimp. Serve the grill mix with the remaining barbecue sauce.
