Ingredients

  • 10 g fresh yeast
  • 250 g flour
  • 0.5 tsp fine sea salt
  • olive oil
  • flour (for the work surface)
  • 6 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped rosemary

Instructions

    For the dough, stir the yeast with about 125 ml lukewarm water. Mix the flour with the fine salt in a bowl. Add the dissolved yeast and 3 tbsp olive oil to the flour and knead everything into a smooth dough using the paddle attachment of an electric hand mixer. Adjust the flour amount as needed. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes.

    Preheat the oven to 180°C fan.

    Afterward, knead the yeast dough again on a floured work surface. Roll it out into an oval flatbread and place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Peel the garlic and lightly press the cloves into the dough. Sprinkle with rosemary and drizzle with olive oil. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
