Garlic Bread

The perfectly seasoned side dish for grilling or simply as a tasty appetizer

Ingredients

  • 1 ciabatta loaf
  • 5 garlic cloves (adjust to taste)
  • 0.5 handful of flat-leaf parsley
  • 8 tbsp olive oil
  • Sea salt

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) with both top and bottom heat.

    Slice the ciabatta into rounds. Peel the garlic cloves and thinly slice or mince them. Wash, dry, and finely chop the parsley leaves. In a small bowl combine the garlic, parsley, and olive oil, seasoning lightly with sea salt.

    Spread the garlic-herb oil mixture onto each bread slice and bake in the oven until crisp.
