Ingredients
- 250 g frozen vegetable mix (carrots, peas)
- 1 Banana
- 1 tart apple
- 250 g cooked rice
- 1 lemon (juice only)
- 50 g mayonnaise
- 50 g sour cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- flatbread
Instructions

Cook the vegetables briefly in hot salted water, shock them in cold water, drain and mix with the rice in a bowl.

Peel the banana and apple, cut into small pieces, drizzle with lemon juice, then fold into the rice mixture.

Whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, and pepper until smooth, add to the salad, season with salt and pepper, cover and let rest for 30 minutes. Serve with flatbread as desired.
