Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken pieces
  • 1 l water
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 1 bundle vegetable stock mix
  • 1 small onion
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 sour apple
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 4 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp almond flakes
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • white pepper

Instructions

    Wash the chicken pieces and bring them to a boil with the water. Skim off the foam several times. After about 30 minutes add the salt and the cleaned, finely chopped vegetable stock mix; cover and simmer on low heat for another 30 minutes. Then strain the broth and remove the meat from the chicken.

    Peel, chop the onion and sauté it in butter until translucent. Sprinkle flour over it and let it cook briefly. Gradually pour in the broth while stirring and simmer for 10 minutes. Peel the apple and grate finely. Peel the bananas; mash one banana with a fork and stir it into the soup along with the chicken meat and apple grates. Slice the second banana into rounds. Season the soup with lemon juice and white pepper, then arrange the banana slices and almonds on top.
