Ingredients

  • 500 g prepared fruit (e.g., cherries, grapes, bananas, strawberries)
  • 200 g bittersweet couverture (70% cocoa content)
  • 200 g white couverture
  • ground pistachios (for garnish)
  • candied violet petals (ground, for garnish)

Instructions

    Separate the couvertures and melt each over a double boiler. Remove from heat and let cool.

    Melt the couvertures again and dip the prepared fruits. Place on a rack with a sheet beneath and allow to set.

    Before serving, sprinkle with ground pistachios or ground candied violets as desired.
