Ingredients
- 1 head of lettuce
- 500 g seedless watermelon
- 150 g raspberries
- 1 handful basil
- 0.5 cucumber
- 300 g Yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Salt
- ground pepper

Clean, wash and spin dry the lettuce; tear into smaller pieces. Peel and cube the watermelon. Rinse the raspberries in a colander under cold water, then pat dry with paper towels. Wash the basil, shake off excess moisture, and slice into fine strips. Peel the cucumber, cut lengthwise into quarters, and slice into not-too-thin rounds. Mix yogurt with lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.

Combine lettuce, cucumber, basil, and watermelon in bowls; sprinkle raspberries on top. Drizzle with the yogurt dressing and serve immediately.
