Ingredients
- 125 g Blueberries
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp raspberry vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 400 g goat cheese roll
- 4 handfuls of young salad greens (e.g., lamb's lettuce, arugula, chicory, oak leaf)

Preheat the oven to 200°C on grill mode.

Wash and dry the blueberries; set aside about half for garnish. Blend the remaining blueberries with olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and honey into a creamy dressing.

Slice the goat cheese into approximately 2 cm thick slices. Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and grill for about 3 minutes.

Wash, trim, and dry the salad greens. Arrange them decoratively in four bowls, top with the grilled goat cheese, drizzle with the dressing and add the reserved blueberries as garnish. Serve with white bread if desired.
