Ingredients
- 0.5 head frisée lettuce
- 40 g lamb's lettuce
- 1 stalk chicory
- 1 orange
- 1 blood orange
- 2 tbsp fruit vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 100 g alfalfa sprouts
- 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds (¼ pomegranate)
- Mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions

Wash, clean, and tear the salads into bite‑size pieces.

Halve the chicory lengthwise, remove the stem, and cut it into eighths.

Wash the oranges, peel them over a bowl with a sharp knife, catch the juice. Quarter the oranges and slice crosswise into rounds.

Combine the collected orange juice with vinegar, salt, and pepper; whisk in the oil and adjust seasoning.

Toss the salads with the dressing, then arrange on plates, top with orange slices, and decorate with pomegranate seeds, sprouts, and mint leaves.
