Ingredients
- 400 g Tofu
- 2 tbsp honey (e.g., acacia honey)
- 1 tsp chili powder
- dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- wooden skewers
- 4 tbsp Vegetable oil
Instructions
-
1.
Drain the tofu and cut into cubes. Place in a shallow dish and pour generous amounts of soy sauce over it. Cover and let marinate for 1 hour, stirring occasionally so all pieces are coated.
-
2.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the tofu cubes until golden brown on all sides. Warm the honey in a small pot, stir in chili powder. When the honey is liquid, remove from heat, add the tofu cubes, and toss well to coat. Skewer two cubes each with a wooden stick and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
