Ingredients
- 2 onions
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 250 g Mushrooms
- 600 g Chicken breast fillet
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 50 g sesame seeds
- 120 ml rice wine
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp palm sugar
- pepper (ground)

Peel the onions and garlic, dice the onions and finely chop the garlic. Clean the mushrooms and slice them. Rinse the chicken, pat dry, and cube it.

In a hot wok, lightly brown the onions with the garlic in oil. Push to the side and add the chicken to the center. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Move to the edge again and stir-fry the mushrooms for another 1-2 minutes. Add sesame seeds and continue cooking briefly while mixing everything together. Deglaze with rice wine and a splash of water. Let it simmer for a few minutes. Season with soy sauce, palm sugar, and pepper before serving.
