Ingredients

  • 2 whole chickens (pre-cooked, about 1.4 kg)
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tsp Paprika powder
  • 80 g flour
  • 200 g breadcrumbs
  • vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

    Rinse the chickens, pat dry and cut into eight pieces each. Remove the skin. Beat the eggs in a shallow dish with salt, pepper, and paprika. Place the flour and breadcrumbs separately in two other shallow dishes. Dredge the chicken pieces first in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil (about 170°C) for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
