- 2 chicken breast fillets (about 120 g each)
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 8 radishes
- 1 handful leafy salad (e.g., frisée or novita)
- 4 sesame bagels
- 4 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tbsp medium‑sharp mustard
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped chervil
- Lemon juice

Rinse the chicken breasts, pat dry, season with salt and pepper, then slowly brown them in hot oil for 5–6 minutes on each side. Remove from heat, let them finish cooking in the pan, and allow to cool.

Wash, trim, and slice the radishes. Wash, trim, spin dry, and tear the salad into small pieces.

Halve the bagels horizontally and spread mayonnaise on the underside. Slice the chicken breasts and arrange them with the salad and radishes on the bagels. Mix yogurt with mustard, honey, and chervil; season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Spoon the sauce over the topping and serve with a lid on.
